We choose this dance because it is devised by one of the club’s former teachers (Romaine Butterfield) for two others of the club’s teachers (Iain Boyd and Noeline O’Connor) – apparently Noeline took a while to say ‘yes’ to Iain! The music we used is Peter Elmes’ recording from Thistle Hall (a world-famous Wellington band in a local Wellington landmark hall).
