Summer School Dress Code
 
The expected minimum standard of dress varies according to the function and may be:
 
Formal

Ladies - evening dress with or without sash.

Men - kilt with knee length socks, dress shirt, bow tie (or ordinary tie) and formal jacket. Or smart trousers, shirt with collar and tie and jacket.

The President’s Ball is a formal occasion and dressing accordingly is a mark of respect for the President and the Branch.  We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone considered not appropriately dressed. We do NOT expect men who do not have it to hire or buy formal kilt wear but we do expect at least smart long trousers, dress shirt, tie and jacket
 
Semi Formal

Ladies - smart skirt and top or dress.

Men - kilt, knee length socks, smart long or short sleeved shirt with tie. Or smart trousers and short or long sleeved shirt with tie.

Casual

Ladies – skirt and top, or dress.

Men - kilt, or trousers with open-necked shirt. 

Morning Classes

Ladies – skirt and top, or dress

Men – kilt or smart shorts with open-necked shirt.
